The Federalist Papers

In Colin v. Virginia, 6 Wheat 264 (1821) the Supreme Court ruled:

“The Federalist Papers are the exact intent of the United States Constitution.”

In naming his project “The Federalist,” Alexander Hamilton implicitly denied the charge of the proposed Constitution’s adversaries that

it would establish a consolidated nation. The purpose of the Constitution is to create a “more perfect Union” of States. In the 1700’s it

was common to say “These united States. United States was never intended to be a noun “describing a person, place or thing.” The

word united is an adjective used to modify the States as being united.

Today we have Fifty united States.

The States formed a Confederation; which Alexander Hamilton described in The Federalist Papers Number 9 wherein he quoted

States Power: Montesquieu:

“It is very probable (says Montesquieu) that mankind would have been obliged at length to live constantly under the government of a single person, had they not contrived a kind of constitution that has all the internal advantages of a republican, together with the external force of a monarchical, government. I mean a CONFEDERATE REPUBLIC.” (Emphasis in the original) We the People are fortunate that our Founders were very wise and understood the history of mankind’s governments. They formed a Republic governed by a written Rule of Law the Constitution.

In Article VI Clause 2 the Constitution declares:

“This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land.”

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Article VI Clause 2 mandates that all laws

“Shall be made in pursuance” of this Constitution; this means laws that are NOT made in

pursuance of this Constitution are no law whatsoever. “All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void.” Marbury v. Madison, 5 U.S. (2

Cranch) 137, 174, 176 (1803)

NOTICE:

Treaties are made “Under the authority of the United States;

” the authority of the United States is outlined in Article I Section 8 there is no authority in this Article for Public Servants to violate the Constitution.

Article I Section 1 declares: “All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and

House of Representatives.”

NOTICE:

“All legislative powers;” means all, 100% lawmaking powers are vested in Congress-NOT in the President or in Judges; Congress can only make

laws under “Powers herein granted.” Congress can only make Constitutional Laws.

If you think a State or Federal Law is unconstitutional, you may write the State or Federal Attorney General and demand that s/he certify the law is Constitutional, signed under penalty of perjury. Most laws passed by State and Federal legislatures are not Constitutional.

Article I Section 8 Clause 17:

“To exercise legislation in all cases whatsoever, over such district (not exceeding ten miles square) as may, by cession of

particular States, and the acceptance of Congress, become the seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like authority over all places

purchased by the consent of the legislature of the State in which the same shall be, for the erection of forts, magazines, arsenals, dock-yards, and other needful

buildings.” NO NATIONAL PARKS-ONLY STATE PARKS!

NOTICE:

Congressional authority does “Not exceeding ten miles square.” Every State has its own legislature for making internal laws. Here is where the separation

of powers is written. Our Founders created a Confederated Union that is outlined in the 10th Amendment: “”The powers not delegated to the United States by

the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

The 10th Amendment outlines three sovereigns:

1. The Untied States is sovereign in its realm of external limited, enumerated powers in Article I § 8

2. The States are sovereign in their internal realm of making Constitutional Laws within their State; and

3. The people are sovereign in their realm of protecting and owning their bodies and private property.

Article I Sections 9 and 10 mandate:

“No bill of attainder or ex post facto law shall be passed.” Black’s Law Dictionary 10th Edition defines a bill of attainder

as: “A special legislative act prescribing punishment, without a trial, for a specific person or group.” Article I Section 16 of the California Constitution mandates:

“Trial by jury is an inviolate right;” you do not have to accept trial by judge!

Senator Sam Erwin on March 9, 1970 defined a bill of attainder this way:

“Now what is a bill of attainder which is reported in Wallace 333? It is defined in Cummings v. the State of Missouri which I have quoted. It is also defined in the

case of U.S. v. Lovett, 328 U.S. 303, as… ‘Legislative acts no matter what they are from that apply to individuals or easily ascertainable members of a group in

such a way as to inflict punishment on them without a judicial trial are bills of attainder prohibited by the Constitution. This is clear. It is clear the Voting

Rights Act of 1966 constitutes both a bill of attainder and ex post facto law which punishes someone (or a class) for an act which was not a crime at the time

the crime was committed. You punish someone within the prohibition of a bill of attainder whenever you deny them the power to exercise a right, whatever that

right may be.

What are your rights? Under Americanism this is the Chain-of-Command:

Creator, People, Government and Public Servants. The Declaration of Independence declares: The People “Are endowed by their Creator with certain

unalienable (unchangeable) rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted.”

Millions of Americans falsely believe it is the Bill of Rights that gives them rights. In order to rule the People, government purposely lies that our form of

government is a democracy with rule by majority and they omit the Preamble to the Bill of Rights; which is:

“Congress of the United States begun and held at the City of New York, on Wednesday the fourth of March, one thousand seven hundred and eighty nine: THE

Conventions of a number of the States, having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of

its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best

ensure the beneficent ends of its institution.” The rights of the People are “Endowed by their Creator;” NOT Government!

What Government gives it can take away.

Our Government cannot lawfully harm one of the People directly; Government must be acting with YOUR Consent,

Complaint of Injury or a violation of a Contract. Everything coming from Government is an offer to Contract. Every American has a right to Contract or not

to Contract. You may say or write: I DO NOT CONSENT TO THESE PROCEEDINGS and I DO NOT ACCEPT

THIS OFFER TO CONTRACT. Let your yes be yes and your no be no!

The government of the United States has lied to We the People. We are NOT a democracy, with rule by majority; we are a Republic with Rule by Law; we do

NOT have a two party system, there is no party system in the Constitution; we do NOT have a capitalistic economic system, we have a private-free-enterprise

system; income tax is the 2nd Plank in the Communist Manifesto, courts have ruled wages are NOT income; Congress is mandated to coin money with silver

and gold not paper fiat-money printed by private bankers called the Federal Reserve; all wars are directed to have Congressional Declarations of War-NOT

United Nations Resolutions; States have a Right and a Duty to secede when the Union becomes tyrannical; The Act of 1871 changed our Government into one

acting in commerce; the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag was published in August 1892 by a Socialist named Francis Bellamy, our Founders never pledged their

allegiance to a central government or to a dictator; the list of lies is endless.

For those that understand truth, our Government has lost all public confidence.

The 9th Amendment: “The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.”

There is no power listed in Article I §8 to make laws on the right to keep and bear arms; the People’s right to keep and bear arms is “endowed by their Creator”

and the right to keep and bear arms is a Retained Right under the 9th Amendment. Yet

Senator Dianne Feinstein, who has been a Public Servant for decades and is supposed to understand Americanism, stated:

“The second amendment is a myth; ” in a five page letter to her constituents. When asked: “If the second amendment is

a myth, where do the people get the right to keep and bear arms?” She never replied! Our so-called “representatives,” who obey the

Deep State agenda, never leave office and become millionaires on a government wage.

Our Founding Fathers gave We the People a Republic:

“One in which the powers of sovereignty are vested in the people and are exercise by the people, either directly, or though representatives chosen by the

people, to whom those powers are specially delegated.” Minor v. Happersett, 88 U.S. (21 Wall.) 162, 22 L. Ed. 627

The court decision in Minor v. Happersett, states the People can exercise their sovereignty “directly.” If even just one of the People demands their Rights they

must be given. We say the People; however, our rights are in fact individual rights which have nothing to do with a collective or majority opinions.

The Deep State consists of New World Order organizations like the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR); which has over 6000 members who are all millionaires.

Dick Cheney, a Republican, is a former director of the CFR; Bill Clinton, a Democrat, is a member of the CFR. The CFR roster is on the Internet.

Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee stated:

“The Deep State is not a swamp, it is a sewer and it needs to be flushed.”

Communism is total government control-a dictatorship!

The more government controls the more our freedoms are taken. Right now there is a Communist Cultural Revolution going on within the United States; all of

these so-called woke and Antifa activities are all related attacks on our Family, Faith and Freedom. Gangs of no morals breaking into businesses and stealing

are destroying our freedoms and their own!

Separation of church and state is not constitutionally mandated; however, the free exercise of religion is constitutionally mandated in the 1st Amendment.

“Christianity is a part of the common law of the land, with liberty of conscience for all.”

We teach People to be Statesmen who are well informed in government civics; not politicians that the dictionary defines as cunning and deceitful people. We

also teach People to be Attorney’s in Fact.

“The practice of law is an occupation of common right.” Sims v. Aherns, 217 S.W. 720 (1925) “The practice of law

cannot be licensed by any state/State.” Schware v. Board of Examiners, 353

U.S. 238, 239-NO one is mandated to get a license to exercise a Right!
