The System Promotes Hate and Division
Politicians and media are lobbied by special interests groups to push a “hate” narrative so they can divide and conquer our minds, hearts, and wallets. Our trained perception of this seemingly volatile world is the cause of all the division we see in our country and community today. The division is based on The System’s false hate narrative.
Humboldt residents as a whole get along with each other. We can talk to each other about most things, and we can agree to disagree with each other from time to time without anyone being demonized or victimized. But, if you left all the story telling up to the local politicians or other left leaning politized media outlets like Lost Coast Outpost, you’d start to believe a completely different narrative. The system generated narrative.
Our local politicians and media are being petitioned and infiltrated by leftist activists – locally and nationally – to demonize anyone who opposes their extreme tactics to indoctrinate and confuse the youth in this county. Now, this author and the entire Lost Coast Populist team believe that people should be respected no matter what God they praise, what color their skin is, or who they choose to love – that should go without being said. We have never said anything to the contrary.
Of course, if any of our critics would just take the time to read our content they’d know this already. However, Ryan Burns over at Lost Coast Outpost had the audacity to publish a hit piece raising false flags of hate that were left on our website’s petition to end drag events for kids in Humboldt County.
Lost Coast Outpost Works for The System Not for The People
In the piece, Ryan pretends to have investigated an email that was system generated from the petition. He claims to have emailed Donnie Creekmore, and smugly throws in, “He did not immediately respond to an email Friday afternoon seeking comment.” The email he sent to Donnie was sent less than four hours before his piece of trash was published. Funny enough, the Outpost’s followers on Facebook didn’t even take the time to read it or even react to it – in over 48 hours the piece had a total of 4 likes and 5 relevant comments (relevance determined by Facebook).
Obviously, Ryan was provided the screenshot of the email by someone at the county supervisors office. Looks to be the media working hand in hand with our county supervisors to publicly condemn hate speech once again against the LGBTQ+ community. What does the LGBTQ+ community get out of this? You might be wondering, too. Frankly, what they get is the victimization they need to gain funding from sympathetic donors to provide resources for combating hate in our community. The system hard at work. Rewarding the most divisive groups amongst us while pitting us against each other.
County Supervisors Weaponize The System
On Tuesday, May 2, 2023 Humboldt County Supervisors voted unanimously on another anti-hate resolution. Giving validity to a fake troll comment left on the petition. They are advising community members who have been targeted by acts of identity-based hate to report it directly to the Humboldt County Human Rights Commission. So, going forward we will be sending every hateful comment, message, or email we receive directly to them to see if they are really going to defend the people they are vilifying.

The people they are vilifying, our team here at LCP, have received requests from extremists online to kill our selves and our families, just to do the world a favor. We’ve been called As, Bs, Cs, and Ds – so going forward we’ll send those hate-filled messages to the Human Rights Commission to see if we too are worthy of a rapid response against hate, or if this is all just a way of virtue signaling, as we suspect.
It would be truly inclusive if Mike McGuire and Jim Wood offer “resources” on our behalf to combat hate. We highly doubt that will happen. The far left, democrat-dominated government and the woke leftist media have already picked a side in this debate.
For the 100th time, I’ll say this again – LOST COAST POPULIST DOES NOT HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THE LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY. HOWEVER, WE DO NOT THINK DRAG SHOWS ARE APPROPERIATE FOR CHILDREN.
Lost Coast Populist vs. The System
Since the beginning, Lost Coast Populist has said specifically that we want to give a voice to the people. For those that do not know, “Populism refers to a range of political stances that emphasize the idea of ‘the people’ and often juxtapose this group against ‘the elite.’ It is frequently associated with anti-establishment and anti-political sentiment.”
That’s why our team tried to talk to the participants as well as the protesters at the Jefferson Center Halloween All-Age Drag show and also why we interviewed Pastor Bramwell and the folks at the Old Steeple. On this particular topic, the people stand with us. Drag shows are inappropriate for children.
Again, the owners of Lost Coast Populist do not have an issue with the LGBTQ+ community. We would equally condemn extreme violence, sexual acts of any kind, extreme language, and/or blatant drug use in front of children. This isn’t a matter of hate, this is a matter of right vs. wrong, good vs. evil. However, the media and politicians use the system in place to demonizing local pastors, concerned parent protestors, and right leaning media outlets as people who hate the LGBTQ+ community.
The truth is … the system is evil. It’s set up to influence good people to believe lies. Together, we have to reject the narrative! No more right vs. left, no more red vs. blue, no more gay vs. straight, no more black vs. white. Let’s reject hate and division. Let’s have conversations to find solutions to the real problems we have in this community. Because if we ALL stand, the game is over.
